The performance is meant to inspire an awareness of breathing as a rhythmic exchange and a symbol of life’s fragility and continuity. It also visualises the sequence of breaths, highlights their individual uniqueness, and invites contemplation on breathing as the thread that connects existence, consciousness, and the inevitable journey beyond.
